As water leaves the Pelton wheel it needs to return to the river, so we can use it for other things before water naturally returns to the river. We will be reaching out and connecting with various schools and universities that have environmental and sustainability programs and offer them low cost housing to host courses at Gaia Vista.

These students will be staying in the rustic low cost cabinas that will be built on the property. Courses would be held at off-peak times of the year, and will therefore be additional income at a time of the year when we would normally not be busy. If they want to pay a higher rate then they could come at times that are convenient to them. We will also be actively seeking full time biology and nature conservation students to do research projects in the Gaia Rainforest Reserve.

These students will be paying to be here and will be staying in our low cost rustic housing. We have the privilege and responsibility of becoming the gatekeepers to protecting an entire virgin rainforest valley that starts at our front door, and goes back for a couple of miles, and to the top of the mountain.

We are the gateway to literally ,s of acres of virgin rainforest which are mostly government protected land. There are also 2 parcels of private land that we are trying to purchase in order to create the Gaia Rainforest Reserve.

If you know of any people or organizations that would like to help create this Gaia rainforest reserve let us know. Gaia Vista will be a unique place for people to live and work in a fully sustainable environment, and allow people to connect with each other while moving towards common goals. One of the key goals of Gaia Vista is to develop and nurture a sense of community both locally and globally.

Our primary community will be composed of investors, partners, and people that live and work on various aspects of the internationally owned Gaia Vista Project. Our secondary community will be composed of volunteers and people that participate through owning eco shares in our resort. Finally an extension of our community will be composed of environmental groups and green technology companies that come down to GV to work on various collaborative efforts to help save our planet. We will be using state of the art green technologies, and will become a living showcase of these new technologies.

We invite you to become a part of Gaia Vista. We are presently divining for: owners, partners, full time and part time eco-village members and volunteers to help fully materialize the Gaia Vista Vision. National Geographic called this area "The most biologically intense place on earth.
