Singles can live in the round about next to the pool. Couples without kids have the top of the hill for peace and quiet. Retirees have the bottom of the hill were the streets are wide and you are far enough from the pool and court to not be bothered. For the pets the northern hill has a wide open dog spot with pooh bags provided and places to sit and meet other animal lovers.
