I followed the steps from a previous persons response with such a case opting for the open in another browser I opened it in Microsoft edge instead of google chrome here after putting in my detail 3 times, it would not send a verification code to my email which was correct. I have also spoken to one of your people about alternative methods of downloading office or Microsoft software and apparently there are no ways even through a trial that a student cannot apply without having a credit card.
I am You advertise the trial for students as well as just for people at home or for businesses. The person who I spoke to sent me a link to the trial page. She knew my situation and that I was still in secondary school thus, its pretty obvious that I am not going to own a credit card. Furthermore, neither do either of my parents. Microsoft also don't have a publisher online feature which makes school work very awkward to do and I think adding this feature would be very beneficial to users and the company itself.
